Shipping Policy

Every San Diego Dad hat is made-to-order, which means we craft your hat after you place your order. Here's exactly what to expect from "Add to Bag" to "It's on my head."

Production time

Because our hats are made-to-order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. We don't keep big shelves of inventory — we make each piece fresh.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, US delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Combined with production, most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days of ordering.

Shipping rates

• Free standard US shipping on all orders over $50.
• A flat-rate shipping fee applies to US orders under $50, calculated at checkout.
• International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Father's Day delivery

To receive your order by Father's Day (Sunday, June 21, 2026), please place your order by Friday, June 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. This cutoff accounts for both production and shipping time. Orders placed after the cutoff may not arrive in time.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
